Custom Printed Multi-Part Continuous Business Forms are printed on carbonless paper which works similarly to Carbon Forms, just without the messy carbon sheets. Each box of Custom Continuous Forms is furnished as a continuous strip of forms, separated by perforations and/or perforated folds. These continuous forms are intended to be used in conjunction with your dot matrix or other impact printers. Not for use in laser and/or ink-jet printers.
Standard form sizes include 1/2″ tractor feeds on both sides of the form.

Custom Booked Forms
O’Connor Print & Promo provides forms for manual use, carbonless Booked Forms w/Wrap Around Cover allow you to create a very customized business form tailored to your specific needs.
These Custom Booked Forms or Custom Sales Books are furnished as stapled books with a wrap around manila tag stock cover. The cover doubles as a divider to separate the form being used from the remainder of forms in the book while writing. The 2-Part and 3-Part Forms come with 50 sets per book; 4-Part and 5-Part Forms come with 25 sets per book.
